For me the best gym at this moment. First, because I love a cold plunge and there is the best cold plunge in Miami, always 37F 🥶 Second, the personnel there is very friendly, very friendly. And third one is the gym there is not so big but have everything that you need 100%

Ezekiel is truly inspirational, always sharing words of wisdom that motivate and uplift. Marcus has been instrumental in pushing me through those tough assault runner sessions and countless burpees 😝, teaching me the importance of perseverance. Rachel is a constant source of positivity and joy, brightening the gym with her energy. Legend not only has the BEST playlist but also encourages everyone to get stronger and surpass their limits. And Julian—he has an amazing ability to remember everyone's name (literally), making you feel like a valued part of the gym family. The coaches at Legacy Gym are truly one of a kind, and I'm so grateful to be part of this incredible community.

Legacy Gym Miami is the real deal. The energy here is unmatched — from the moment you walk in, you feel motivated to push yourself. The trainers are super knowledgeable, always attentive, and actually take the time to correct your form and guide your progress. Whether you’re into strength training, boxing, or conditioning, they’ve got you covered with a great mix of workouts. The community vibe is strong too — no egos, just people grinding and supporting each other. Easily one of the best gyms in Miami if you’re serious about results.

Love this gym! Best workout I’ve ever had and the friendliest staff and community! Thank you coach Ezekiel, Rachel, Marcus, JT and everyone else that makes the Legacy experience top notch! My favorite part is having an island boy smoothie after having a killer workout. Oh, and let’s not forget the amazing ice plunge and sauna ritual I have which also is another level. I’ve had the pleasure of being able to do a collaboration where I get to invite my Run community , The Herd, and have them experience it for themselves. THANK YOU GUYS for making a better me and for being such a great wellness community in Miami!

We went to Sabrina's P.I.T. - Performance class and thought it was fantastic, super varied and dynamic, with a well-designed training route with 20 stations. We loved it. Coach Sabrina motivated each of us and walked around the room constantly. The place looked well-equipped and had a nice minimalist aesthetic. The staff at the entrance was friendly. Thanks for everything!

The cold plunge and hot sauna are open at 7 am on Saturday—strongly recommended for a rebirth experience! The space is so clean, the smoothies are fantastic, and the gym itself is very professionally organized and equipped.
